Dr Isaacs is a chartered clinical psychologist who 14 years of experience working within a range of clinical fields including General Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Older Adults. In her current NHS post she is based in an Acute Inpatient Mental Health Hospital, where she offers psychological assessments, consultations, and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties on an inpatient psychiatric ward. Dr Isaacs is accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and uses a variety of evidenced based therapeutic interventions in her day-to-day therapeutic practice. Dr Isaacs is a trainer, workshop facilitator and therapist and works collaboratively to explore and develop an understanding of challenges with the aim of identifying and implementing positive change and personal growth.
